Seaside terrace restaurant at Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve — currently serving a Peruvian Nikkei menu by rotating top chefs, with Sea of Cortez views and celebrated chef residency collaborations. Equis is the casual oceanfront restaurant at Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve — one of only a handful of Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties worldwide, and holder of two MICHELIN Keys. The restaurant sits on a seaside terrace overlooking the Sea of Cortez, and its menu has evolved to a Peruvian Nikkei format celebrating the fusion of Peruvian and Japanese culinary traditions through fresh Sea of Cortez seafood. Signature dishes include spicy tuna guacamole, organic tempura Baja vegetables, various maki rolls, tuna tiradito, and yellowtail tostadas. The venue hosts acclaimed chef residency collaborations — including Enrique Olvera (Pujol) + Luis Arellano (Criollo), and the Mandapa Ritz-Carlton Reserve Bali takeover — making it a revolving stage for world-class talent. Executive Chef Victor Garrido (appointed 2026) now oversees all Zadún dining. Live DJ on Tuesdays. Locals receive 20% discount.
